Can I order by telephone?
Customers can place orders over the telephone during our opening hours. These are between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM on Monday to Thursday and from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. For orders call 01865 238 321.
Delivery Time For Chicken Steak Burger
Our chefs cook each burger to order which means you’re certainly getting a fresh burger each and every time. Delivery of your order will typically be within 1 hour of your order being accepted. After all good, food cannot be rushed.

Storage of Chicken Steak Burger
Your burger is best eaten upon delivery. At The Chaplain we do not like food waste. Hence, we suggest storing any leftover burger in the fridge. Cool down your leftover burger as quickly as possible (within two hours), store it in the fridge (at 5°C or below) and eat within two days.
Reheating your burger
When reheating your burger, make sure it reaches a temperature of 70°C for two minutes, ensuring it is steaming hot throughout. Separating the patty from the bun and salad will prevent making your burger soggy therefore giving you a better result. Leave the cheese on to melt it into the patty as a result you get a much improved taste.
